Tracking Tool

\\ Isolated tools from disparate systems required a tremendous amount of back and forth for our users. Our team empowered our users by creating a solution that put the relevant information at their fingertips, minimize wasted effort, and gave them time back to improve their customer service quality.

We solved a significant and growing problem for the Postal Service: help them provide better customer service to their elite clients. Our team looked at a complicated conglomerate of tools and streamlined them into a single platform, reducing time and effort to track down the most valuable packages. Additionally, we designed solutions that improved individual performance, team collaboration, and organizational adoption.

Approach

The definition team established a foundation by creating a simple prototype that showed all of the user’s tools in one. My team further built upon that work by interviewing our users, testing, integrating, and solutioning the software into a cohesive whole, delivering a fully functioning product.
