Sandwich App

\\ Customer expectations were rising for what a fast-food ordering app experience should be. Our team responded by delivering a complete experience that met user needs from opening the app to picking up the food.

The ask was straightforward, rebuild a fractured and aging mobile ordering system that would take the first step in catching up with more agile and innovative competitors. We set out to include essential features in the app, such as a loyalty rewards system, Pay and Earn, location finding, and an intuitive, user-friendly ordering system. We even added the surprise and delight for free.

Approach

We conducted customer interviews, created a detailed competitive analysis of ordering flows, and persistently proceeded with design iterations across the board.
